Please note you have a limited amount of time, typically about 15 minutes, in which you may cancel or change your order as our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible.
If you'd like to cancel or change an order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. An order can be changed or canceled within 15 minutes of placing it. If you want to cancel the order, a $10.00 transaction fee will be assessed and reflected in the subsequent credit to your card. If you want to change the order, there will be a $5 fee if the new order total is less than the original order total. There will no fee if the new order total is more than the original order total. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers quickly and efficiently. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order after 15 minutes has passed from the time it was placed. To change or cancel an order, please contact customer service using our Contact Form. If your order cannot be cancelled, you can use our return procedure to return the order once it is received by you.
If you'd like to cancel or change an order for a custom made item for any reason, please contact us via email as soon as possible. An order for a custom made item can be changed or canceled within 15 minutes of it being placed. Once the order has entered the processing phase we cannot make changes or cancel an order without a change/cancellation fee to cover our costs. If you want to cancel the order, a 25% transaction fee will be assessed, and reflected in the subsequent credit to your card. If you want to change an order that has not yet been processed, a transaction fee of $15.00 will be assessed. To change or cancel an order, please contact customer service using our Contact Form. If your order cannot be changed or cancelled and you are unhappy with the ring, you can use our return procedure to return the order.
