Sales Tax

Sales tax of 8.375% is added to all orders shipped within New York State only.

Order Confirmation

After an order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. If you do not receive a confirmation email within one hour, please contact us.

Order Cancellation

Standard Orders

If you'd like to cancel or change an order for any reason, please contact us via email as soon as possible. An order can be changed or canceled up until it has been shipped (this can be viewed in your account). If you want to cancel the order, a $10.00 transaction fee will be assessed, and reflected in the subsequent credit to your card. If you want to change the order, there will be a $5 fee if the new order total is less than the original order total. There will no fee if the new order total is more than the original order total. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers quickly and efficiently. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has shipped. If your order cannot be cancelled, you can use our return procedure to return the order once it is received by you.

Custom Size Rings

If you'd like to cancel or change an order for a custom ring size for any reason, please contact us via email as soon as possible. An order for a custom ring size can be changed or canceled up until it enters the processing phase (this can be viewed in your account). Once the order has entered the processing phase we cannot make changes or cancel an order without a change/cancellation fee to cover our costs. If you want to cancel the order, a transaction fee of $25.00 will be assessed, and reflected in the subsequent credit to your card. If you want to change an order that has not yet been processed, a transaction fee of $15.00 will be assessed. To change or cancel an order, please contact customer service using our Contact Form . If your order cannot be changed or cancelled and you are unhappy with the ring, you can use our return procedure to return the order.

Special offers and exclusive savings are offered regularly through our email Newsletters, sent to subscribers only. Promotional codes offer you discounts on purchases or shipping and are redeemed during the checkout process. Simply enter your promotional code in the box provided and click redeem. Your promotional discount will be factored into your order and will be reflected in your order summary. Another benefit you get when you register with us!

Once you've found gifts they'll love, add the items to your Shopping Cart and proceed to checkout.

To send your gift, indicate the alternative delivery address in the shipping address section on the checkout form. All items come in a complimentary gift box and pouch, which adds the perfect finishing touch to your purchase or gift! You can personalize the gift with a free gift message that will be printed on the packing slip so the recipient knows who the package is from. Just enter your message in the space provided.

Don’t worry about pricing information being displayed for gift orders. For all orders, prices are not included on the packing slip. So if you have a gift shipped directly to family or friends, they won’t see pricing or payment information.
