Sales tax of 8.875% is added to all orders shipped within New York State only. After an order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. This email confirms that we have received your order and includes your order number. Please keep this email for your records. If you do not receive a confirmation email within one hour, please Contact Us Please note you have a limited amount of time in which to cancel or change your order, as our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible.

Standard Orders
If you'd like to cancel or change an order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. An order can be changed or canceled up until it has been shipped (this can be viewed in your account). If you want to cancel the order, a $10.00 transaction fee will be assessed, and reflected in the subsequent credit to your card. If you want to change the order, there will be a $5 fee if the new order total is less than the original order total. There will no fee if the new order total is more than the original order total. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers quickly and efficiently. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has shipped. To change or cancel an order, please contact customer service using our Contact Form. If your order cannot be cancelled, you can use our return procedure to return the order once it is received by you.

Custom Size Rings
If you'd like to cancel or change an order for a custom ring size for any reason, please contact us via email as soon as possible. An order for a custom ring size can be changed or canceled up until it enters the processing phase (this can be viewed in your account). Once the order has entered the processing phase we cannot make changes or cancel an order without a change/cancellation fee to cover our costs. If you want to cancel the order, a 25% transaction fee will be assessed, and reflected in the subsequent credit to your card. If you want to change an order that has not yet been processed, a transaction fee of $15.00 will be assessed. To change or cancel an order, please contact customer service using our Contact Form. If your order cannot be changed or cancelled and you are unhappy with the ring, you can use our return procedure to return the order. Special offers and exclusive savings are offered regularly through our email Newsletters, sent to subscribers only. Promotional codes offer you discounts on purchases or shipping and are redeemed during the checkout process. Simply enter your promotional code in the box provided and click redeem.
