You will find a product's availability message displayed on the product detail page (e.g – Availability: Item usually ships within 1 business day). Additionally, you will see an “Add to Cart” button for all In-stock items or a “Add Custom Item to Cart” button for all Special/Custom order items.

Most jewelry in our collection is in-stock and ready to ship within 1 business day. Exceptions include rings that require sizing and special/custom order items. For more information, please read the details below:

Standard orders for in-stock items begin the order process stage as soon as your order is received, verified and payment is approved. In-stock items will have the following availability message on the product page: Availability: Item usually ships within 1 business day.

Special/custom order items require additional time for processing. The additional time required is indicated on the product detail page (e.g. Availability: This item is custom made for you. Please allow 10-15 business days processing time for your custom item to be made). Your special/custom order item will start being processed as soon as your order is received, verified and payment is approved.
