Natural white round diamonds take center stage in this heart pendant. The pendant contains 20 natural white round individually prong set diamonds (weighing approximately 1/10 carat in total). The pendant is crafted of cool, gleaming 10K solid white gold. The heart pendant with diamonds measures approximately H 3/4" X W 1/2". Chain sold separately. Diamonds are the birthstone for April.
