A blue topaz heart, prong set in a circle of gold, is the centerpiece of this pendant. This circle pendant displays a genuine 5MM heart shaped blue topaz gemstone, accented wonderfully by 5 white round diamonds. The pendant is crafted of 10K solid yellow gold.
